The Patio

This project aims to create a community inside a community, a Patio inside a Patio, and a city inside a city where thoughtful design, high-quality homes design, and a strong sense of community are the of demand, all organized around a shared community green space.

The Land Use Plan encompasses 64 acres of former agricultural, strategically located north of the NWC of North Main Street and Hunt Road of the Baytown neighborhood, Texas.
